Q: What makes Tricounty Technology Solutions different from all of the other computer support companies?

A: Tricounty Technology Solutions offers a more customer friendly approach to way we do business.  We start out by just being nice.  We don’t use big words and talk down to any of our clients.  We try not only do our jobs to the best of our ability, but we also try to teach our clients about the basics along the way to give them an understanding of what we are trying to do instead of just handing them a bill.

Q: What makes you qualified to work on my computer?

A: To start off, all of our technicians are A+ certified. The A+ certification is the standard minimum certification that the large majority of computer technicians strive to acheive.  The certification consists of two tests that test both hardware and basic Operating System knowledge.  In addition to the A+, all of our technicians are Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP). An MCP has passed at least one Microsoft certification test.  Many of our technicians have additional certifications, but both the A+ and MCP should be enough to convince you to let us take a look at your computer.

Q: We are a pretty small company, can you help us?

A: Definitely, we like being very personable with our clients so that we better understand their needs.  Working with smaller companies enables us to do that a little better.

Q: Our current computer support person never calls us back, will you?

A: We promise to call you back. As a matter of fact we guarantee you will talk to a live person within 15 minutes in the slight chance you don’t get one on your initial call and have to leave a message.  Our clients are very important to us, big or small.

Q: Our last computer person had us buy a lot of stuff we didn’t need, will you?

A: We don’t like to see our clients waste money on unneeded equipment.  We have seen it too many times and we’re usually the ones that have to break the bad news to new clients that they’ve been taken for a ride. Believe it or not we like to stick to one golden rule, “Treat all clients the same way you would like to be treated”.

Q: We already have a computer/IT person.  Why should we call you?

A: It’s always nice to have a second opinion. If you’re like me, whenever I make purchases I like to check a couple of different resources just to make sure that I’m buying the right thing or getting the right information. For instance, not every car mechanic is the same or handles car problems the same. Give us a call and we’ll give you our honest opinion.
